Joining Requirements
St. Philip the Apostle Knights of Columbus Council 11671 welcomes any practical Catholic gentleman over the age of 18.
We are a focused group of men dedicated to the four principles of Knighthood; Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism*.
The qualifications for membership in the Knights of Columbus are set down by the Supreme Council. They are as follows:
“Only practical Catholics in union with the Holy See shall be eligible to and entitled to continue membership in the Order; and An applicant for membership shall not be less than 18 years of age on his last birthday.” There are no other requirements.
Those that wish to apply to join the St. Philip K of C should do the following:
- Print a Form100
- Fill out sections 3 and 4.
- Fill out the Applicant’s Interests/Preferences section.
- Sign section 6 where indicated, and
- Give the form to any member of our council or contact our Membership Committee Chairman Jack Houston (973) 472-5326 or simply drop it in the weekly collection basket.
